So excuse the bad picture but it's the only good shot of her chipped tooth, which happened Thursday afternoon while trying to run fast as lighting up our front porch steps. Lily was soooo sad after this happened, I think mainly because as a princess she couldn't fathom a "crazy chunked tooth" (her words) on a beautiful girl like herself, and I think she thought it was always going to be like that. After a long discussion about how all baby teeth eventually fall out for permanent "mommy" ones, and the awesomeness of the tooth fairy, and many more tears shed she finally fell asleep watching high school musical you tube clips.

Well, after Daddy heard all about her tramatic day, he brought home a special treat! A Gabriella dress/wig combo and a Tinkerbell doll. Probably two of her most very favorite things (Pretty dress and fairy). I think the pictures show her delight and Chad was thrilled with the million or so hugs and kisses he got that night, along with the repeated phrase "Oh Daddy, thank you so much. I love you! You are the Best, dad thank you so much."

We went to the dentist the next day and after x-rays and an exam, she is going back in 2 weeks for a small crown. Yay! Even though she has said to me several times since, I don't want to go back to the dentist, my tooth is almost all better, I think it's growing back! She really is a trooper and I seriously feel like my girl has grown up so much lately.
