I Love to see the Temple

The Oquuirh Mountain Temple open house was really beautiful, and I'm so glad we got to go with my family to see it.

Teeny Tiny Cupcakes

My Amazing and talented mother, who is the BEST grandma ever, is always coming up with fun stuff to do for/with my girls and thought Lily especially would like to bake and decorate some adorable teensy cupcakes.

The Purple/Yellow skirt (sewing project)

So while my mom was here for Spring Break this year she and I got crafty and made this little skirt for the MISS. It was a lot easier than I thought and I found the pattern on this blog, which my friend said I HAD to LOOK at. I am super excited to start using my sewing skills for something other than tutus and hair bows!!!! And after a trip to my Grandma's house I got this sweet footstool, which Lily uses non stop to help me in the kitchen, and I am planning to recover it with some snazzy fabric.
I also found this super cute vintage bambi-like little light which Lil LOVES on her nightstand right next to her bed so she can "look at stuff in the dark, or read books by".



I also started using all my fabric scraps to make little flowers to cover up all the old stained shirts I have from the kids.
