St. George with the Earnests

So Ella wasn't a huge fan of laying out in the shade, But Lily was stoked to get to swim in the Hot Tub because it was too cold in the pool. And yes, she wanted all this gear on even though she can stand up in it.

On a brighter note we finally figured out how to use the fire pit!

Joseph and Aubrey (due with baby girl in Dec.)

It was quite an adventurous trip considering I found out a few hours before that we were going, and Chad sat in the way back of Jojo's SUV the whole time so we could all ride down together and save $ on gas. Highlights included: Monopoly, Neilsen's custard, The Painted Pony, Urban Renewal, Outlet shopping, hot chocolate, bbq, MEAT, Bear Paw stuffed french toast, amd nursing a baby while in her carseat (crazy I know)

Berry picking

The Berry Picking Princess

Finger Lickin' good

K, how about whole hand lickin' good!

Day 2, more berries

Notice the little hand in the corner, who kept grabbing more and more even before they were dry from washing

My next door neighbor who moved but hasn't sold their old house invited me to pick all her rasberries and strawberries because they were just going to waste otherwise. So a few days ago with Ella strapped in the Baby Bjorn we went a pickin'. After a couple of minutes Lily was done, but resigned to be my official basket holder, which maybe wasn't such a good idea because about 3/4 of the berries were gone before we even got them home. But, mmmmm so worth the little prickly thorns I got to retrieve them. And I am determined to get some bushes of my own as soon as I can afford to. P.S. This video was funny because she said to me look mom, "Rrrrrum Punch!" after tasting one, which in case you didn't know is from Mary Poppins when she gives the children their cough medicine and it turns different flavors. And she kept calling them blueberries. She cracks me up, that kid!

HSM3 I LOVE YOU

Kelly and I went to see this wonderful movie tonight, and it was AWESOME! Seriously, a singing, dancing, musical extravaganza!! I know this makes me an absolute dork, but I really don't care, and I already want to see it again! We had some fun times in the line before the movie started talking to many other normal, mature adults who share our passion for HSM. Good times, thanks Kelly!

Yellow Dress

This little dress was in a box of hand me downs from a neighbor and Lily adores it! She is such a girly girl.

In my arms

I love that my arms are tired at the end of the day from holding this little one, and that where ever I go she goes too!

There's a Party in my tummy

I don't know how many of you have been lucky enough to ever watch Yo Gabba Gabba! with your kids, but if you have, you get the awesome benefit of having lots of monotonous, repeating songs stuck in your head for all eternity. Now, some of the songs do have benefits. For example the tune- "Try it, you'll like it, if you try it, you're gonna like it, I tried and I liked it, I tried it and now I like it" has helped many a times to get Lily to try a new food when she was sure she wouldn't like it. Also the song, "There's a party in my tummy, so yummy, so yummy, there's a party in my tummy, so yummy, so yummy" has worked to convince her that her food really wants to go to the party in her tummy and she should eat it all so it isn't sad that it can't go to the party. But other favorites include: "Don't stop, don't give up, don't stop, don't give up. Don't stop, don't stop, you'll get it right, you'll get it right, don't stop, don't stop, you'll get it right, you'll get it right."

Warning: Only watch this if you are really curious, I promise this song will stick in your head.

Jumpin on the bed

Please watch the cute kids and not my unshowered, unbeautified self.
