Butterfly Kite

My amazing aunt Diane, who my girls adore, got them a couple of cool butterfly kites that are HUGE!! We tried a few times to fly them but didnt have string long enough to get them up high, but they are still so fun, I am trying to figure out where I have the space to hang them because they are just magical!

Easter Egg Hunt Party (April)

So much fun, but oh so cold! I think Ella was happy to be bundled up in her stroller eating cookies most of the time, while Lil was happy to run around with her friends, decorate cookies, and get her face painted despite the chill.

I just love these pictures of these girls out and about in the cul-de-sac. They look so serious, I guess being so sociable is hard work. And of course a purse is a must have!

Oh I LOVE my BYU girls. Kristi and Katie have been some of my best buddies for 9 years now, and we still have some crazy fun times together. This night we went to KT's house for some yummy grub and while visiting remembered another fun friend from BYU and how she did this awesome move while walking, think a sneak attack. So of course we tried to re-create it.

On to FARM COUNTRY, the girls were smitten from the start with a glimpse of one of their favorite things on the planet... HORSES!

Trying to get one good shot of the two of them together is next to impossible but I do catch some awesome shots while trying, like it looking like they are connected by the hair

Then we got inside and saw these beauties. The girls were in HEAVEN petting/clobbering/loving these little ducks that were rescued by the Farm.

I seriously had to unlatch Lily from these babies after she tried to stick a couple of them into her shirt so she could take them home
