Why?
Okay, so this is my 2nd attempt at Pecan Pie, and it keeps overflowing and burning on me. Nevertheless, I did taste it and it still is yummy but it sure isn't winning any awards for presentation, and Chad sweet as he is tells me it's just what he wanted for his birthday. Sweet man. I am definately no baker though!

Good thing you were smart enough to put a pan under the pie pan! It still looks good enough to eat!
